How do I report an Induction?
INSTRUCTIONS
FIRST: Complete the Inductee Log Sheet. You will be required to upload the inductee log sheet before submission. You will need to fill in the following fields for each inductee.
- Name (First, Middle, Last)
- Address
- School Year (Freshman, sophomore, Professional, Graduate, etc.)
- Graduation Date (mm/dd/year)
- IEEE Number (if applicable) Not sure if you have one? click here to find out.
Continue to the Induction form for additional directions as well as to submit the Log Sheet and payment.
Important Reminders:
- Do not alter the formatting of the Induction Log Sheet.
- IEEE-HKN Headquarters collects one payment on behalf of our entire induction class. Individual payments are not accepted.
- Collect and list all IEEE member numbers from inductees who already have IEEE accounts to avoid the creation of duplicate member accounts.
