Norwich University, Theta Xi Chapter

Founded at the oldest private military college, the Norwich University chapter of IEEE-HKN (Theta Xi) is led by our faculty advisor, Professor Michael Prairie, in academic and professional activities. Members of Theta Xi strive to serve Norwich University’s Electrical and Computer Engineering Department through extended resources and professional development. As a chapter, we hope to create new and exciting opportunities for our members to learn and succeed.

Northfield, Vermont

Settled in the Green Mountains of Vermont, Norwich University was founded in 1819 as the American Literary, Scientific and Military Academy. Rich in history, the university now resides in the small town of Northfield, Vermont. With cold, white winters, blooming springs and fall foliage covered mountains, the area attracts tourists and students from across the nation.
