West Virginia University, Beta Rho
West Virginia University is a land-grant institution that places a strong emphasis on serving and uplifting the people of West Virginia. Reflecting this mission, the Beta Rho chapter provides a community where Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Robotics students can come together to support the university, the department, and the greater Morgantown community.
In addition to promoting excellence in academics, professional development, and technical achievement, we are committed to meaningful service. Our members host review sessions for introductory engineering courses, organize laboratory clean-up events, participate in admit card parties for prospective students, and volunteer at community events such as the Core Arboretum flower festival. We have also supported university outreach efforts by assisting with high school tours and engaging prospective students in STEM opportunities.
Through these activities, Beta Rho strives to foster leadership, service, and a culture of giving back both within the engineering community and beyond.
