What is a research Pitch?
A concise statement of your research topic, problem statement, and brief overview of your analysis, application, synthesis, and evaluation of the research proposal. This pitch is 3 minutes long accompanied with 3 slides PowerPoint presentation. You will be required to present your pitch online to the panel of judges from various engineering backgrounds.
How am I selected to win the pitch?
Each judge will have a rubric based on presentation skills
- Clarity and organization of slides
- Quality of visual and oral presentation
- Logical flow of the content: storytelling
Are there any awards waiting for me?
Five winners will be selected, and each will be awarded with US$50 HKN store credit along with a Certificate of Excellence.
