Universidad Nacional de Educación a
Distancia, The Spanish University for
Distance Education, Nu Alpha

Founded in July 2020, we are the first chapter of IEEE-HKN in Spain. Our Chapter, Nu Alpha at UNED, is dedicated to the development of projects, active participation in international congresses, publication of articles, and collaboration with the Students Branch of IEEE in various engineering fields.
We extend an invitation to engineers from all disciplines to join our chapter, as we strongly believe that collaboration is essential for advancing academic research and professional engineering.

UNED is a distance university that attracts experienced professionals and researchers who are committed to continuous learning and career development. Many of our students balance their studies with work and family responsibilities. We recognize that the dedication of our students and the values they embody in completing their studies at UNED align with the values we uphold at Eta Kappa Nu.

 Madrid, Spain

UNED is a national university so we have campus all over Spain. Our country is member of the European Union since 1985 and some of the European Institutions have a representation in Spanish cities (Madrid, Alicante, Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid, Torrejón de Ardoz and Vigo).
Spain is also the country of great engineers as Isaac Peral, Juan de la Cierva or Leonardo Torres Quevedo.
