Founders Day Kits
Directions: Please submit a Founders Day Kit order form as early as possible so that it will arrive before 28 October. The last day to request a kit is 5 October. You must be logged in with your IEEE credentials to access this form. Only chapter officers and advisors will be able to complete it. If you are not a chapter officer or advisor, please reach out to one of your chapter’s officers or advisors to submit this form. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact info@hkn.org.
Each Chapter will only receive one (1) kit. The kit will include IEEE-HKN branded materials to assist with your Chapter’s event. Be creative! Items can be used as giveaways, prizes, decorations, etc.
