Naval Postgraduate School, Theta Delta Chapter

The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) provides education to DoD officers, DoD civilian and Foreign officers of allied nations. NPS research spans across multiple departments including: Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), Applied Mathematics (MA), Computer Science (CS), Defense Analysis (DA), Information Sciences (IS), Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE), Meteorology (MR), National Security Affairs (NSA), Oceanography (OC), Operations Research (OR), Physics (PH), Systems Engineering (SE). The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department grants Certificates, Masters, and Doctorate degrees.

Research conducted by ECE faculty spans a broad swath of leading-edge technology which impacts most facets of the Defense Department’s warfighting capability, ranging from secure voice and computer communication networks to advanced information warfare systems, guidance of precision strike weapons and shipboard electric power. Faculty address new challenges continuously as projects are brought on board to investigate the latest technical problems.

Monterey CA

From Monterey Tours, Monterey is a city on California’s rugged central coast. Its Cannery Row, one-time center of the sardine-packing industry, was immortalized by novelist John Steinbeck. Today, it’s a popular strip of gift shops, seafood restaurants and bars in converted factories. Also famous is Monterey Bay Aquarium, with thousands of marine animals and plants on display in underwater and interactive exhibits.
