Oregon State University, Pi Chapter
The Pi chapter at Oregon State University was founded in December of 1920, and is preparing to celebrate its 100th year as an HKN chapter. Each fall, the Pi chapter invites the top 25% of junior and top 33% of senior electrical and computer engineering students at Oregon State University to join. The Pi chapter hosts faculty speakers, industry mixers, and other events to provide its members with many networking opportunities.
Members of the Pi chapter believe it is important to give back to the community, and provide tutoring to undergraduate electrical and computer engineering students each term. Members are required to tutor for a minimum of eight hours each term, and are encouraged to tutor routinely each week if possible.
