The first 70 Chapters to fill out the form below are entitled to an HKN-provided hotel room for (up to four) student attendees as well as a second hotel room for your faculty advisor if they are attending the conference. To reserve one or both of these IEEE-HKN provided hotel rooms, a representative from each chapter must submit this form by 4 September 2026.
