We are excited to announce this year’s four awardees of the Asad, Gowhartaj, and Jamal Madni Scholarship chosen in recognition of their exceptional scholarship, service to their community and commitment to HKN.
Each student will receive US$1,000 to help them offset their educational expenses. Up to five students (3 undergraduate students, 2 graduate students) can be chosen for this scholarship each year.

Graduate:
David Kwabi-Addo, Beta Theta Chapter of Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Scholarship winners in attendance at the upcoming IEEE-HKN Student Leadership Conference to be held 6-8 November at the Embassy Suites in Grapevine, Texas, will receive recognition at the Saturday night Awards Dinner.
The Asad, Gowhartaj, and Jamal Madni Scholarship was established in 2023 to nurture and recognize excellence in undergraduate and graduate HKN students through assistance with educational expenses. Applications for the 2027 Asad, Gowhartaj, and Jamal Madni Scholarship will be accepted starting on 1 January 2027.
