As young engineers starting our careers, the Beta Omicron chapter of IEEE- Eta Kappa Nu hopes to make connections with professionals to make the transition to the real world smoother. Understanding the intricacies of professional development is critical to making the transition easier.
The IEEE-Eta Kappa Nu Beta Omicron chapter is dedicated to continuing to support women in engineering. To encourage and support young professional women, we collaborate closely with the leaders of the Society of Women Engineers. Beta Omicron hopes to increase the number of female participants in the coming years by providing a safe environment for all.
