Please use the table below to identify the chapter members (up to 4) and Chapter Advisors (up to 4) that will be staying in the hotel rooms provided for your chapter.
If a chapter members is NOT listed, they must register themselves for the conference before you can assign them to your chapter room.
Note: that the individuals that you assign to the two hotel rooms for your chapter will be for arrival on Friday, November 3 and departing on Sunday, November 5. The Conference’s on-site check-in opens on Friday at 4pm and Sunday meetings conclude at 12pm, please make your travel plans accordingly.
Assignments must be made by September 29th to guarantee your chapter hotel room.
